We visited the apartment on Monday and by Tuesday we placed an offer that was accepted by the owner. Given our lack of experience in the New York City real estate market, Mary Anne was extremely helpful in guiding us through the contract, loan, and co-op board approval processes. We also leveraged Mary Anne’s network to select our attorney and banker, both of which worked out great. We highly recommend Mary Anne to anyone who is looking for an experienced realtor in New York City.
